SLET project initially aims to identify the training needs in all topics related to the process of participation in electronic tendering (e.g. tender platforms, tender assistance, digital signature and encryption, technical equipment, legal aspects in EU member countries). The overall aim is to develop the main product, which is a on line support platform including e-learning material suitable for vocational training in classroom as well as for learning on demand at the work place
