Its aim is to develop and test training material, methodologies, practices and tools (knowledge audit tools) in support of Organisational Knowledge Management. Although the importance of Knowledge Management is now being recognized by most companies as well as by other organizations (Universities, etc.) the necessary tools and practices in a European context are not readily available. TRAINMOR-KNOWMORE partners aim to address this gap. |
